How does our community live?
The community aspect is very important to us: we want to bring people together, to build mutual trust based on experience and shared values, to involve parents in the upbringing of children and the creation of a happy childhood.
We operate on the principle of horizontal organization, which means we do not have one manager. We believe that based on common values, by constantly reflecting on them, we can make decisions that serve the needs of all.
We believe that every child is raised by all members of the community;
We want to agree together and create, not impose, rules;
In the community, we openly share resources that foster the well-being of all: time, talent, things, and more;
We learn together:
I am like dad and mom;
I am like teacher and a member of the team;
I am like a kid.
Parents and teachers implement important changes, work and decisions by working together in the following groups:
Strategy Group;
School Development Group;
Communication group;
Housekeeping group;
Food group;
Conflict Resolution Group;
Teachers College;
Volunteer group (parental involvement in childcare);
Event Organizing Group.
We also organize general meetings, community meetings and celebrations where we stop, appreciate and celebrate each other and our common achievements.
